Netflix: What we’ve been watching & what’s new #Streamteam

Oh hi there. I realise it’s been a long long time since I posted. I feel so bad but life keeps getting in the way….read kids! Swear the minute they see me sit down they need me for something lol! Currently it’s 8pm and I can hear the youngest out of bed emptying the contents of the wash basket down the stairs…I’m going to ignore it for awhile 😛

Anyway I said I’d ease myself into blogging again with a Netflix update. We didn’t get to watch much over Christmas, especially the kids as our Apple tv remote was broken it’s still playing up so need a new one but here’s some stuff we have been watching as well as the release dates for the much anticipated new seasons of some brilliant series on Netflix.

Making A Murderer
We got bet into this over the Christmas like half the world! If you haven’t heard of it you’ve been living under a rock lol! And if you haven;t watch it yet  it’s well worth the 10+ hours of viewing, plus an extra hour or two googling up on it and all the theories when you’ve finished haha!
This is a true life documentary that follows the life of Steven Avery who was wrongfully committed of a crime in 1985 and then again (well that is up to you after watching) in 2007. After watching it has made me even more afraid of how much corrupt cops can get away with put it that way!

Also here are some release dates for season of some of my fave shows

Orange is the New Black season 4 released on Friday June 17th 8.01am. I was a bit disappointed with season 3, found it a tad slow but of course I’m still dying for the next season. it;s also been announced they are making 3 more seasons so if you haven’t watched it yet you should because it’s not going anywhere any time soon.

Grace & Frankie season 2 released on Friday May 6th at 8.01am. Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin star in this comedy that was light and funny to watch while unwinding. Really enjoyed this one so do give it a watch if you haven’t already.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt Season 2 released on Friday April 15th 8.01am. Another light-hearted and extremely funny comedy. Kimmy is such a fun character she’s just silly so I loved watching this when I needed a laugh. Again really looking forward to the second series and have that seriously catchy theme song in my head now haha!unbreakable-kimmy-schmidt-netflix-review-

House of Cards Season Season 4 released on Friday March 4th 8.01am.
We only just starting watching this and are almost onto season 3! Everyone has raved about it so I said I’d have to at least try it. I’m not really into political dramas at all (admittedly I was a little confused by the American politics system haha) which is what turned me off but I’m learning and it’s a pretty good storyline. Frank is pretty evil, of cards season 4 netflix release

There is a so many more programmes being released later in the year, I’ll tell you about them closer to the time though. Let me know what you’ve been watching, what you thought or what you plan on watching. Give me your recommendations also! Yaz xo

I have been given free membership to Netflix as part of their #StreamTeam. However, as always, all views and opinions expressed are my own
