My Top 6 iPhone Apps

I have a lot of apps on my phone, I love a good app, don’t we all? Apart from the usual social media apps, there are other apps that just make my life that bit easier so I’ve done a list of my top 6 iphone apps!

Google Photos

I recently found out about this app and seriously love it. It safely stores all my phone pics meaning I can delete them off my phone and free up memory. Best thing is I can still access all my pics from the app. It also has an awesome search function. For example, say you wanted to find a pic of your dog, just type in dog and it will find all pics of dogs that you have.

My only one fault with this app is it doesn’t keep your photos in the photo albums on your phone. Now, apparently it does have that feature on Android but they are still working on it with iPhone I heard.

Clue

I’ve been using this for years now and it’s great for tracking your period and seeing patterns in your bodies behaviour due to PMS. They have options for sleep, energy levels, mood, pain, weight and so much more. The layout is great, really easy to use and see at a glance where you’re at in your cycle. There’s a huge list of contraceptions from the pill to the patch so you can set up reminders. It would also be good if you’re trying to conceive as it allows you to input your body temp, discharge etc. You can also set it up on your partner’s phone and they can see where you’re at in your cycle and give them tips to help you i.e know when it’s time to bring home chocolate 😛

Squareready

This is what I use to give my Instagram photos a nice white border. You can use square, horizontal or vertical photos in this app so you don’t have to crop a perfectly good picture. This is a quick glance of my feed – Follow me @glitter_mama_

Tesco

My kids seem to go through food like there is no tomorrow, I really can’t keep the house stocked with enough bread, fruit and vegetables. That’s where my Tesco shopping app comes to the rescue. As I think of things we need I add them to my basket throughout the day or over a few days. Then I usually opt for the click and collect option as it’s free and 5 mins around the corner from me. It saves me having to deal with tantrums and crap being thrown in the trolly with kids! The app is also great because you can see all the offers in one place. I’ve often ordered a tiny shop for €10 to collect the next day because I have seen good offers. We still do a weekly shop in Lidl/Aldi but this is great for tiding me over and getting bargains and branded stuff that you can only get in the likes of Tesco. I also rack up a ton of clubcard points for Christmas! Winning.

AliExpress

I’m always browsing this site for bits, it’s so addictive but everything is so cheap so I don’t feel like I’m breaking the bank. Things can take weeks to arrive sometimes 2 weeks sometimes 6. It’s always a welcome surprize either way. I get a lot of baby bits and gadgets off it, have ordered fidget spinners and cubes to have spare for the kids.

Canon Connect

I’m starting to use my Canon camera that I got for Christmas and I love it so much. My last camera was a cheap digital one from years ago and I’m so surprised how much technology has changed. I can connect my Canonn camera to my phone via wi-fi or some technical thing. I press a button on the camera, open up the canon connect app on my phone and voila, I can instantly download any pic onto my phone (hello Instagram). The app also allows you to delete pictures on the camera. There’s other stuff you can do too like see the live image via your phone so I’m guessing that would be handy for youtube to get the angle right. Really impressed with my new camera and the app.

So, they are all my latest faves, hope you find a new app or two to download. Also if you already use any of them and find them as handy as I do comment below!
