Easy & Healthy 2 ingredient Pancakes

A few weeks ago I posted onΒ Instagram some delicious pancakes I made for myself and the kids using just two ingredients….yes two!!

2 Ingredient Clean Eating Healthy Pancake Recipe

One large banana & 2 eggs is all you need to make these sweet delicious soft pancakes. Mash up the banana and add the whisked eggs. I use a hand blender/whisk to blend them really well together.
easy pancakes banana and eggI seen these somewhere on Pinterest so was excited to try them. I didn’t think they would turn out looking like actual pancakes but surprisingly they turned out great!

Easy to make, easy to cook and even easier on the waistline πŸ˜‰ They are also gluten and dairy free which is a bonus.
They are also very filling, I was full for hours after just two of these and they killed my sweet tooth craving!

If you or your kids like bananas you will love these. My 1 year old gobbled these up haha!

Top them with honey, maple syrup or yoghurt and some of you favourite fruit. Great for pancake Tuesday or a fun and healthy lunch.
